ASOTOM wines

ASOTOM wines is a Piedmontese wine tasting venue in Castelletto Merli, set in a rural hill landscape and centered on a direct, hands-on wine experience. The atmosphere is informal and authentic, with an intimate cellar setting that makes the visit feel personal and focused on the wines.

The experience stands out for natural wines, guided tastings, and a visit style that highlights how the wines are made and presented. The most appreciated elements are the clear connection with the vineyard, the original approach to tasting, and the distinctive character of the bottles served.
