Amasia Sustainable Living

Amasia Sustainable Living is a vegan and vegetarian-friendly bistrot with an international and healthy style, set in a refined yet relaxed atmosphere in the center of Pietrasanta. The room feels carefully curated, with a welcoming character that fits both a light meal and a more leisurely stop.

The cuisine focuses on plant-based dishes prepared with fresh, well-selected ingredients, with a menu that moves between simple recipes and more creative combinations. Apprezzated specialties include hummus, parmigiana veg, and a variety of dishes described as flavorful, balanced, and original, alongside breakfast, lunch, aperitifs, and dinner.

A distinguishing feature of the place is the combination of sustainability, natural wines, and a menu designed to appeal even to non-vegan guests. The overall impression is of a small, thoughtful address where presentation, ingredient quality, and a calm setting play a central role.
