Alpe Premaniga

Alpe Premaniga is a mountain-style cuisine address set in a natural alpine setting above Premana, with the character of a real hut and an atmosphere that feels simple and authentic.

The menu focuses on local cured meats and cheeses, polenta, and wild boar sauces, with homemade desserts completing the meal. In good weather, dining outdoors adds to the experience and highlights the relaxed mountain setting.

Its identity comes from combining a compact, well-equipped dining room with the feel of a traditional alpine pasture, making it a distinctive stop for those looking for local flavors in a quiet high-mountain environment.
