The venue

Ai Calici Ristorante is a wine bar-style venue in Galatina with a strong focus on seafood and land-based small plates, alongside local specialties and dishes designed for sharing. The setting feels informal and convivial, with a square-side atmosphere that suits aperitifs as well as dinner.

The most appreciated dishes include gourmet cumme, bombette, and tasting plates paired with bubbles and wine. The place stands out for combining a relaxed dining bar mood with a menu that brings together local flavors and carefully chosen pairings.
