The venue

Italian and Mediterranean cuisine define the restaurant, with a menu centered on simple, familiar dishes and ingredients that fit the thermal setting. The setting feels comfortable and informal, with a relaxed atmosphere suited to a meal before or after time spent at the baths.

Among the most appreciated dishes are ricotta, antipasti, broth and well-prepared pasta, together with coffee, wine and cordial served with care. The place stands out for its connection to the Terme di Sorano experience, combining a rural location with a kitchen that is straightforward, traditional and closely tied to the local area.
