11Eleven at Scenario Pubblico

11Eleven at Scenario Pubblico is a fusion-oriented, Italian-influenced venue that combines Sicilian flavors with contemporary touches and, in some dishes, North African inspiration. Its setting inside Scenario Pubblico gives it a distinctly artistic, lively and informal atmosphere, with a space that works well for a quick lunch, an evening meal or a relaxed drink before or after performances.

The menu is known for its carefully prepared dishes, including local ricotta-based preparations, vegetarian options and a range that moves from traditional regional cooking to more modern combinations. What stands out most is the balance between local ingredients, creative composition and the restaurant's theatrical setting.
